The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced 3D Printing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of 3D printing technologies and processes, particularly with Ultimaker, Formlabs, and Desktop Metal printers.

The role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining these printers, as well as providing technical support to internal teams and customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality outputs and delivering solutions in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain Ultimaker, Formlabs, and Desktop Metal 3D printers
• Monitor the 3D printing process and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise
• Set up and calibrate 3D printers for different projects and applications
• Work closely with internal teams to understand their 3D printing needs and provide technical guidance and support
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting with technical issues and inquiries from customers
• Keep up to date with the latest 3D printing technologies and developments
• Maintain an inventory of 3D printing materials, supplies, and spare parts
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for 3D printing processes
• Continuously improve the quality and efficiency of 3D printing operations
